THE QUESTION YOUR CFO WILL ASK

Your agency’s summary is not the buying record.

Who supplied the inventory? Which domains received the budget? What fees were charged? What traffic was verified?

If those answers are missing, your budget is being defended with incomplete evidence. We inspect the underlying records.

INSPECTION SCOPE

Follow the money.
Challenge the credit.

01

Buying economics

Reconcile available platform costs, agency invoices, contracts, technology charges, and disclosed reseller relationships. Document supported discrepancies and unresolved costs.

02

Placement quality

Inspect available domain and app reports for MFA characteristics, excessive ad loads, and unsuitable placements. Record an evidence basis and review status for each flag.

03

Traffic-quality evidence

Review independent verification and available logs. Separate confirmed invalid traffic, independently flagged risk, and unavailable verification.

04

Supply paths

Review seller IDs, supply-chain objects, ads.txt/app-ads.txt, and sellers.json where available. Authorized selling does not establish inventory quality.

05

Attribution mechanics

Inspect conversion actions, lookback windows, view-through reporting, retargeting exposure, and available modeling documentation.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Leave with an evidence file.

01

Cost waterfall

A reconciliation of media, technology, verification, and execution costs supported by the available records.

02

Exception register

Flagged placements, traffic-quality findings, exposed budget, evidence references, and unresolved questions.

03

Decision memo

Prioritized options: correct the buy, renegotiate, request credits, change suppliers, or test a different allocation. Includes an executive findings session.

THE 14-DAY PROCESS

Defined access. Documented findings.

DAYS 1–2

Validate

Confirm permissions, historical coverage, and reconciliation inputs.

DAYS 3–6

Trace

Inspect spending, fees, placements, and available supply paths.

DAYS 7–10

Challenge

Review quality evidence and attribution. Clarify material conflicts.

DAYS 11–14

Report

Deliver evidence references, decision memo, and findings review.

The access window is 14 calendar days. The historical buying period is agreed separately. Missing evidence is documented; scope and schedule changes are agreed.

ACCESS & COMMERCIAL TERMS

Read-only means read-only.

Your account stays under your control.

Named, limited access. No changes to campaigns, bids, creative, billing, or tracking. Data handling and retention terms are documented before access begins.

Buy the inspection before committing the budget.

The fixed fee and scope are agreed in writing. The audit does not require moving media to TIER. If the evidence supports keeping your current buying arrangement, the report will say so.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST

Questions worth answering.

Can you expose every hidden DSP markup?

Only where available records support it. Platform access may not reveal supplier economics. Relevant contracts, invoices, and fee schedules are needed; remaining blind spots are identified.

Will you prove that MFA traffic is bots?

MFA classification and invalid-traffic detection are separate analyses. Each is reported according to its evidence.

Do you guarantee savings?

No. Savings depend on what the records establish and which changes can be implemented. Overlapping exposure is deduplicated before any affected-spend estimate.

Does this audit measure incremental sales?

No. It diagnoses buying economics, inventory quality, and attribution risks. A causal lift study needs a separate design.

Can our existing agency participate?

Yes. It can provide records and respond to documented questions through an authorized process.

REQUEST A DEFINED SCOPE

Start with the buying environment.

Tell us where you buy and which records you can access. We will review the request and propose an inspection scope and fixed fee.
