THE TIER APPROACH
Your media partner should
explain the decisions.
Media buying involves tradeoffs, estimates and incomplete information. We make those realities visible so you can assess the plan, understand the costs and decide what comes next.

01 / FRAGMENTATION
The easy button is broken.
A Meta account and a Google account are not a complete market strategy.
Attention moves across search, social, streaming, publishers, local broadcast, audio, mailboxes, and streets. Each environment has different buying mechanics, identity constraints, and evidence standards.
Competence requires understanding auctions, inventory ownership, seller relationships, geography, frequency, and measurement.
Your budget should not subsidize your agency’s education.
02 / ATTRIBUTION
A credit rule is not a causal result.
A platform can observe a purchase and assign advertising credit without establishing that the purchase depended on the ad.
Privacy restrictions, consent choices, cross-device behavior, and missing identifiers create gaps. Models estimate some of those connections.
Useful estimates deserve explicit assumptions. They do not deserve to be presented as transaction-level certainty.
03 / WALLED GARDENS
The seller’s scoreboard cannot settle the investment case.
View-through attribution gives advertising credit after an impression and a later conversion, even without a click. That can describe an advertising relationship. It cannot, by itself, establish additional demand.
Existing customers and high-intent prospects are easy to reach—and easy to claim. Ask what would have happened without the added advertising.
04 / SUPPLY-CHAIN WASTE
A cheap CPM can be an expensive procurement failure.
Programmatic media can pass through multiple intermediaries before an ad reaches a publisher. Fees, reseller economics, opaque packages, poor placements, and invalid traffic can erode the buy.
Made-for-advertising inventory requires scrutiny. MFA is not automatically bot traffic. AI-generated content alone does not prove fraud.
Inspect the domain, content, ad load, traffic sources, supply path, and independent quality signals. Demand evidence before applying the label.
05 / BROADCAST & OUTDOOR
Broadcast and outdoor have a clear role.
Broadcast Television
Enter the local conversation. Local programming, scheduled exposure, and documented spot delivery. Audience estimates and business impact are evaluated separately.
Terrestrial Radio
Buy proximity and familiar voices. Market-level audio presence with contracted schedules. Assess coverage, frequency, and response without inventing listener-level attribution.
Out-of-Home
Put the brand in the territory. Physical placements around service areas, travel patterns, and trading zones. Verify installation or playback; treat audience estimates as estimates.
Direct Mail
Own a place on the kitchen counter. Addressable physical distribution, documented production, postal induction, and available delivery evidence. No browser ad blocker stands between the mailpiece and the mailbox.
Physical media offers concrete distribution or placement obligations. Delivery still does not guarantee attention, trust, or commercial success.
OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES
No hidden spread.
No borrowed credit.
No manufactured certainty.
- Disclose the economics.
- Verify contracted delivery.
- Separate observations from modeled estimates.
- Test incremental demand where the design supports it.
- Report negative and inconclusive findings.
- Move budget because the evidence supports it.
